The recommendations are shown in a user-friendly interface and explained in detail.

What is Project Match-Maker?

Project Match-Maker is a core AI model of Taltrics that matches employees to projects. It considers skills, experiences, capacity, and career growth opportunities to recommend the best fit. The top three best-fit recommendations are shown on the top right corner for easy switching and selection.

How does Taltrics prioritize and schedule tasks?

Taltrics supports the prioritization and scheduling of tasks. It offers a unified monthly view of tasks and projects in the roadmap, along with AI-driven metrics to monitor progress and reschedule as needed. The monthly schedule of tasks, called 'Product Mix Recommendations', optimizes for employee capacity, non-human resource capacity, business needs, progress, revenue, and other parameters.

What is Capacity Planning & Scenario Planning?

Capacity Planning & Scenario Planning module enables leaders to plan for the coming quarters and months. They can enter their expected volume of work or use AI forecasts to see the impact on their team's capacity and identify bottlenecks in advance. They can also build different scenarios of activity and simulate their decisions with AI-driven recommendations.
